We offer a full house cleaning service for both the Estate Agents and tenants either upon departure of a property for the tenant thus enabling them to get their deposit back or for the Estate Agent to ensure the property is clean for the new tenant.

• all hard floors cleaned and sanitised

• bathrooms are cleaned and sanitised to remove all lime scale and heavy soiling

• the kitchen will be cleaned and sanitised. Wiping down of all cabinets inside and out including backsplashes  

• ovens and hobs are cleaned and de-greased

• skirting boards cleaned and sanitised

• picture rails and light fittings dusted and cleaned

• light switches and sockets wiped down and cleaned

• door frames and handles wiped down and sanitised

• window panes and sills cleaned on inside of property

• NO ADDITIONAL VAT!!!
